Thank you very much! Now are these the stock values? Or are these your values/your recommended values? I'm going to have the 980 Ti SC+ ACX 2.0 so I'd be more than willing to hear just your recommended values and use those for making the maximum power limit available. Also, I'm not really sure at ALL how to go about increasing the PCIe power or PSU rails. It's not something I know much about and while I know how much relatively that I want to increase my power limit, I wouldn't know how to adjust these other values along with the limit. Any standards or advice for calculating this?

Nope, not the stock values. You could use those values if you want. For your card I would recommend...

TDP:
25000
300000
300000

PCIe:
10000
75000
75000

PSU PEG 1:
12000
200000
240000

PSU PEG 2:
12000
250000
300000

Power Limit:
100000
250000
300000

Perfect! So from what I can tell, this is allowing me an approximate 300W TDP yes? That's pretty solid; more than I could truly need so if I can use that much as needed, but just make adjustments to my clock speed when desired through PrecisionX, then that would be awesome. I look forward to trying this. I should be getting the card early next week. I did buy a 144Hz G-SYNC monitor I'm picking up today though! SO overclocking probably just got a LOT less critical..... Still gonna do it though lol

Yes, 300w TDP. Have fun.

Final question; since I'm altering a "percentage" for power limit, will my card just draw more power when the clock demands it all the way up to that point, or will the "power target" field in apps like Precision now be increased from the usual 106% to a higher number that I can change as needed?

It will now be increased to 120% from 106% and you can change it as needed. Also power limit needs to be...

Power Limit:
150000
250000
300000

Not 100000 on the first one.

What OC values would you recommend for a EVGA 980 Ti Classified?

When you say OC values do you mean TDP, PCIe, PSU PEG 1, PSU PEG 2, & Power Limit power table values for the 980 ti classified?
