You probably want to qualify that statement with the fact that you are probably doing a bit more than simply playing with your fan profiles... Chiller?  LN2?

Really?
Why?

Because achieving 1600Mhz on a GTX 980Ti Maxwell core AND having it remain stable there is pretty much unheard of without some very hardcore cooling.  (I've never seen one go that high and remain stable on air.)

Let me stop before this gets all out of hand.
I said it would run, I never said anything of the sort about it being stable or that it was bench worthy. Still working on what it will do with the stock voltage first.
My rig is in the mods rid section if you want a picture of it. just subtract 4 Titan X's from it and add a 980 TI.
 
Your version of stable and mine are two entirely different things. I only want to be stable to bench, not for bragging or look at me statistics for gaming since no one cares what a persons over clock is if your KD is .049.   Once im done, everything goes back to stock...

Hey, no worries!  I just define "it's able to run" as actually using your card...  E.G. To run something like a graphics intensive game or a graphics benchmark and not lock up or crash.  And I call B.S. in that my version of stable is actually identical to yours - that it makes it through a graphics related benchmark.  I can set my cards using Precision X to 1600/4100 as well... but I can't then run anything that uses them at that setting!   I was just curious if you had scored some sort of magical/golden card is all.
