Just out of curiosity why did you guys not use the 1420 MHz bios Sajin made a few posts ago :o? And just worked your way up from there? 1420 is a sweet spot to start overclocking your card upwards if you have a good card. Sadly I got bad luck of draw and have to be stuck at 1420

I never deleted the 1420X file. It's still working and can be downloaded right here... http://www.mediafire.com/download/08kgg9vh6hjs0t6/1420X.rom

So I flashed it, I opened this morning Star Wars. The menu was coloured in indigo then it crashed with this error:

Is it possible to raise the voltage or must I scale down the gpu clock?

Reduce your overclock. The 1420x vbios boosts to 1420 at +0 on the core.

Your power table for the 2 PSU rails are set to 375W each? I'm pretty sure they can only handle ~200W each. I know it will never actually draw 375, but still, why set them above what they can safely draw? IF you set them to 200, and you correctly left the PCI-E rail to 75 (which you have), that still gives you access to 475W, and since you have the TDP set to 450 and the power target at 425, that is still perfectly within limits. Also, have you noticed what the second table does? I have been unable to find any information on it, other than it controls some "Internal Rail" that no one seems to understand, lol.

I'm still learning about bios modding, but I am an engineer by trade, so I have a pretty good grasp of electrical theory and industrial applications, but I don't really do much electronic stuff, so I appreciate there are gaps in my knowledge.

Is it an answer for me Makalaure? Because I don't understand sorry, I speak very bad English (French people ) and in informatician terms it's very difficult.
