and once again oos in less then a minute

I got one too but as soon as I paid it said sold out not sure what to expect

To those that are struggling with this (this is my 3rd week trying to grab one).  Have all of your info ready to go on EVGA for your profile (shipping/billing, etc...).  Literally have your CC info on your clipboard if you want to get one.
 
Also they come in stock around 7PM-7:15PM EST each week Monday/Tuesday (thus far).  Hope this helps someone get one in the future. 

I even got charged $1 to CC. I feel I should have my card secured once I went to pay

been there done that.kinda hard when it goes oos in less then 30 sec

Wow it sure feels bad. Somehow it feels wrong the card did not get locked when I ordered. I get adding to cart is not what should lock it but when I confirmed the order and got charged to my CC and still didn't get the card sure doesn't look right

Standard practice, the $1 charge is just to see if the credit card is legit, then they check stock and determined there wasn't one left.  I don't necessarily agree with the system as last week it didn't work in my favor, but it is what it is.  Try tomorrow around same time... they've been coming into stock with a fair amount of predictability.
