Installed few hours ago EVGA Precision X (latest version) and it seems be causing driver crashes, without EVGA Precision X it seems be perfectly stable.

Nvidia Driver : 353.06
Specs: i7 4790k, 8gb ddr3, asus z97 ranger, EVGA GTX970 SC, win 7 x64

Yeah, changed to MSI Afterburner.

Card is fine clocker, 1530Mhz @ Boost GPU, 4000 (8000) Mhz Mem, +0mV, well cant push it further since using +37mV voltage wont do anything since card is doing 1.216v without any extra voltage, hardware locked by nvidia.

Waiting for EVGA to fix Precision so i can use it instead.

Having the same issue, this latest release seems to cause more problems than it solves unfortunately.

BSODed when i simply tried to close it! This precision is worst ever, and I've been using it for over 10 years.

msi afterburner 4.1.0 and 4.1.1 don't stop the TDR crashing that came with drivers 352.86 and 353.06 either.

Not sure if its precisionx or msi afterburner causing the crashes but one thing is absolutely certain, there is something wrong with 352.86 and 353.06. I can only run a stable desktop/game with 347.88 or 350.12 drivers when using either precisionx or msi afterburner.

Yep same here new drivers from the green team will not allow me to run precisionx or afterburner without crashes in like 10 minutes of gameplay....352.86...353.06 and new beta 353.12 are junk!!!!!

Same here :(
It seems to be ever worst if you turn SLI on. I have to reinstall drivers each time Witcher 3 freezes. It works for some hours then freezes again and I've to reinstall drivers again. (Happens only with 352.86 and 353.06)

Came across the same issue,sad!
Precision X Version 5.3.5 was random crashing Nvidia drivers (Version 353.30) so i had to switch to MSI Afterburner, have to agree that evga has messed things up with this one.
Ill switch back if and ever they fix that issue.

So, Afterburner is not crashing drivers?
Gotta test it then!
