Titan X blocks work as well.

I did not take notice if it was answered or not but I have a 06G-P4-4995-KR and I was wondering if I could just get the compatible water block and use my existing backplate (To save $ and still look "stock") without issue and if so, what would need to be done to achieve this?

Probably only some longer screws (M3 thread 6mm or 8mm if I remember correctly)
