If you are rma in the card through evga, you wouldn't lose any accessories anyway. You don't send accessories back when you rma.

But, again, it should still be a brand new card in a brand new box. Hopefully Jacob can verify for you.

Warranty policy states New in box OEM.  Guess that will have to do.  Only other alternative is to do RMA with Newegg...send back FEDEX ground...want for them to turn another card around.  EVGA has me set up for cross ship.  Decisions, decisions, decisions.

Yeah...I asked about the rebate...told me to send in the original serial sticker from the original card.  Not so sure I care about that now.  Just want a fully functioning card.

Probably going to put my collateral on the cross ship in the morning...

Best I could tell while on the phone with Aaron is that when they put the card together, they jammed the male LED connector into the female...I couldn't get the plug out because it feels like the female was never correctly attached to the PCB and is very loose and wiggly.
