Seeing as XSPC has already mentioned about the Raystorm Pro, I can freely say that they are working on improved mounting and performance.

Hmm weird. I have this block on my 3770K and asked XSPC if it fits a upcooming 6800K with socket 2011-3 and they said no. But you say it does fit. Seems like they wanna sell more blocks.
 
Edit. Think I found what they did. They removed the 4mm bolts in todays packages and made a new model and say that fits for 2011-3. Smart but not smart enough. I have the same package that you have with the 4mm bolts so should work fine then I hope :P
