Both of those work on my side.
There is an issue with Rocket League however, we are looking at it.

GuildWars2 kept crashing until I uninstalled latest version. Went back to 5.2.2. I don't want/use OSD. I'm running a GTX 670 on Win7 x64.

Heroes of the Storm and Hearthstone. HotS mouse cursor stops moving but you can still click around. Hearthstone crashes.

Latest Precision X version

Hearthstone windowed mode crashes with either OSD on or off in PrecisionX16. Haven't tried other games in windowed mode though... fullscreen no problems yet.

Since yesterday on launch of win 10 Osd crash Far cry 4 and Watch dog.

No offense, but Precision X is a steaming dump pile.  It's too bad EVGA continues to struggle with this b/c it makes the rest of your products look bad...  which they are not.
 
I used the old precision for years without so much as a hiccup, then this was released and it been a nightmare ever since. This is years now mind you. Every now and then I'll give it a shot, only to be disappointed once again.
 
It's just a crying shame EVGA....  I crying shame indeed...

I try the version 5.3.3 and it work better. I think that you have a bug in your DX12 feature that you add to precision .  OSD is no problem with all my games, it is not the case for the version 5.3.6.

I'm getting bad framerate reading on the OSD. I get 6.0 fps for Diablo 3 and it's obviously running fine at 60fps. The battle.net launcher also has an OSD for 1.0fps and it's a windows application that should be 60fps.

Heroes of the storm not working while PrecisionX 16 is running.  It freezes and the mouse cursor disappears.  I'm running windows 10 64bit and two GTX 680's in SLI.  When I exit out of PrecisionX 16 the game runs normally. 

The last EVGA update crash with League of Legend client in champion select client and ingame client.
