It might work but you will be putting a strain on the memory controller but seeing as how this is a Zeon that should be less of a problem than the consumer CPUs. For the E758 motherboard I could only find 16GB memory sets and that is what I would recommend. I did see this one but I have no idea if it will work:

Thank you for the suggestion! The mb is tri (also can accept dual), would it be a problem since the corsair is quad(also dual) ?

You could use 3 of the 4 modules and then you would have 24 GB for triple channel memory. With 4 modules installed you'll be using dual channel memory based on the X58 motherboard manual.

You can use these in the first four slots. I'm not sure how well the memory controllers will handle the overclocked memory, but the Xeon can handle the amount 288GB total or 96 per channel I would imagine. You would be populating two channels in this scenario if I'm not mistaken.
