The codes are supposed to be redeemed through an EVGA website (I included it in previous post but this site removed it), therefore it's an EVGA problem.

No, the codes are redeemed through nvidia. Read the rules. It explains it very clearly. Evga only gives you a code to redeem through nvidia, same as microcenter..

If people ACTUALLY read the rules, they would learn a lot.

Hint, this is right in the open: Go to http://redeem.geforce.com to claim your game codes.

^this guy. You rock. I love when people get proven wrong with a slam dunk to the face.  Actually reading things and basic comprehension will take you far in life kids or at least being able to understand a game code redemption page.

And it's a bad code, therefore EVGA should replace the code with one not yet redeemed. It's called responsibility to customers instead of using loopholes. Otherwise I will stop buying their cards for a different manufacturer providing the same product with better customer service.

Sorry, I don't feed trolls. Apparently you're only here to slam people who are respectfully asking for assistance.

No you're just an idiot who can't read a webpage properly that explains everything.  EVGA is not the one sponsoring the promotion. NVIDIA is. How is EVGA a 3rd party going to help you with codes you received from a different 3rd party reseller? Sure you bought an EVGA card but EVGA isn't responsible for those promo codes...but yes I'm a troll.

you clearly stated you purchased from where?  Microcenter.. So Microcenter gives you the code, NOT EVGA.  I am sorry, but what do you not understand about that?  EVGA has NOTHING to do with the code.  You need to talk to MicroCenter.

Again, read the rules.. number 1
  • Purchase any graphics card from the qualifying list above on or after October 6th, 2015 from EVGA.com
  • You did NOT purchase from EVGA.com, you purchased from MicroCenter.

    Hoping for some assistance.

I purchased two 980Ti from MicroCenter yesterday. I received the coupon code for both units on my receipt to redeem for the Bullets or Blades bundle. I go to to redeem the codes and both say that they've already been redeemed.

    Suggestions?

Hopefully it is starting to make sense.. If not, then I think you may want to return the cards for a full refund.  Then you can purchase from EVGA.com and get the codes you are referring to.. Since MICROCENTER gave you the bad code, NOT EVGA.  Hopefully you can understand that EVGA did not give you the code, and if they did, it was a mistake, since you did not buy from them.

Am I right in thinking that now I've managed to register the code and connect it to my uplay account, I can't actually play the game until it is released on 19th November??

Well, you do have to wait until the game is released.. just like everyone else. This isn't an early access code, this is a free copy of the game.
