Cheers, I was just contacted via EVGA support and told its cause I bought it from a retailer and to contact them for a code... doesn't make any sense to me but I've contacted them also.

Nvidia promotions come from the retailer. Since you bought a NVidia card, and it is an Nvidia promotion, that is where you go.


If you are getting EVGA promotions, you get them from EVGA. It's that easy. You can always tell where to redeem the code, because it says, "Go to http://www.GeForce.com/GetMGS to claim your game codes." EVGA won't redirect you to another site for their promotions.

Yea I got my card from EVGA so I found out where to go to get my code but in all likelihood I won't use it.

First thing you need to do is see if they're participating in the promotion. You'll have to deal directly with them since that's where you got the card from.

Soo, the promotion does not extend to the EU store?
After registering and uploading the invoice, the "Code/Messages" section says "For residents of the United States or Canada only."
 
EDIT! Contacted support about that issue, and its cleared now. EVGA Support is cool.

they showed the bundle when i bought it so i think they are participating

Isn't it punishment enough to pay 20% VAT over the card's price? :P
