I purchased my 980 kingpin on the 23rd, but the page says that I am not legible. I meet every guideline on the page. What gives?

So question, If I received a GTX 980 Ti as a gift, but no code, I am not elegible for this?
 
I don't even know where they bought the card, I just assumed amazon and put it when I registered my card.

Where did you purchase From? If it was from the EVGA.com store, you need to register your card and upload your receipt. If you purchased from any other site or store, you go through them. This is not an EVGA promotion, this is a NVidia promotion, and goes through the place of purchase, not the manufacturer.

No. Whomever purchased the card gets the code. If they don't give you the code, you don't get one.

I got the game for steam but I can't play it ye. is there any other way to play the game?

The game is not out yet, it comes out Sept. 1, you'll be able to preload a couple days before then so you don't have to download it all on release.

Try putting in your D.O.B. in your profile. See if that fixes it.

Cheers, I was just contacted via EVGA support and told its cause I bought it from a retailer and to contact them for a code... doesn't make any sense to me but I've contacted them also.
