Hello, Ive bought a EVGA GTX 970, Ive received my code from EVGA but when I go to use it the UBI soft servers just come up with "Server Error".
The EVGA end of this Promo was straight forward, but claiming the code at UBI soft end is impossible, there is no intructions at UBI softs end to give intructions to using the code either.
Is anyone else getting this "Server Error" as well?
Im selecting the game I want to get at Uplay Shop, and in the promo code section Im putting the code in, and it fails. Seems more like a UBI scam than a deal :-(
Thanks for any help.

Hello, I recently just purchased two EVGA GTX 780ti dual classified w/ evga hydro copper cooler GPUs of a supported Australian Seller (Umart). However I cannot seem to redeem any game codes.  I have followed the steps for qualifying for the game codes, registered the products ect. However when I go to the promotion webpage, the webpage states that I have no qualified products....However the promotion page specifically states that the GTX 780 ti is eligible. As does a number of the Australian retailers.

I really do not understand why I cannot redeem any game codes....

I purchased on the 2/10/2014.........

@otpulse
you can't use the code from EVGA directly at Ubi store.
you have to redeem it first at nVidia, the code you get form nVidia can then be used at the Ubi store.

@ Thanks for a reply, EVGA provided me with the code and yes i am going to the UBI soft shop web page( logged in with my account, but no matter what i do with any of the 3 games in the promotion (even tryed with digital & disc versions on all 3 games) when I enter the code it just loads "Server Error" and no error code number. I eventually found instructions on claiming codes on their web site, but still get the same Error.

did you redeem EVGA's code at nVidia first?

Yes, the code from EVGA does not apply to ubisoft. It applies to nvidia, so you must redeem the evga code at nvidia.com and then nvidia will provide you with the PCI your path bundle code. You take that code to ubisoft and redeem the code there, which will allow you to download the game.

You purchased these 2 October 2014? The difference in how people right dates can be confusing, so this is why I ask.

Which games specifically see you applying for? The Australian codes would come from the vendor, not from EVGA directly. All pick your path bundle are from the place of purchase, not the place of manufacture.

Instructions:

Purchase any graphics card from the qualifying list above on or after November 4th, 2014 from EVGA.com

You did not purchase from EVGA.com, you purchased from UMart, so UMart would have to be an authorized reseller in conjuction with nvidia, and the you provide you the code. Evga.com will not provide the codes, as they did not sell you the product directly.

If I purchase a 970 before the 20th of January, but don't upload the invoice or register the graphics card until after the 20th (since I am on holidays and probably won't receive the gpu until a few days after) , am i still able to claim the code?

Purchased a 970GTX on 17/1/2015 from a reseller advertising the pick-your-path promo, but because it's a weekend, the part likely won't arrive until after the expiry date. As the invoice states it was purchased prior to the expiry, do I still qualify for the code? Also, the reseller (PCCaseGear.com) specificially states that code must be redeemed from the manufacturer, not the reseller. I see in this thread conflicting information from the EVGA mods. Can someone provide clarification on this for me?

Cheers

Promo products must be redeemed from the manufacturer.
There are promo pages on evga.com where you can register your receipt after purchasing from the reseller.
After the receipt after approval by evga, you'll be sent the information required to redeem the products.

I did the same with my GTX770s, bought from PCCG too.
