I bought 6 Video Cards and not qualifying for any of this? Thats really sad :(

I do not buy video cards for some game gimmick. I use them to play games, plain and simple. Others may do something else but gaming is good enough for me.

Amazon was part of the promotion but I now know were removed by Nvidia on the 25th.
 
I didnt know this at the time and bought from them on the 29th ...feel like I have been mislead.
 
Amazon were advirtising the free GOW4 key and were on the nvidia site as a participating retailer...when I went to buy the card the following week how was I supposed to know that had changed when the promotion was still going.
 
Its very very dodgy...hundreds of people are probably in the same boat...scammed by Amazon/Nvidia out of a game code.
 
I would just return it and buy from elsewhere but Amazon has the cheapest shipping to Australia so I would end up paying $20 USD more in shipping and have to go through all the hassle just for a GOW4 game code.

Dont take this as any scam by Amazon or Nvidia.
I have heard that the reason why it was removed was because there where alot of scumbag's that have ruined it for everyone else. They bought a card, got the mail with the game code and then returned the card just for doing it all over again so they could get more code to sell on different sites.

Changing the terms of a promotion without any warning while the promotion is still running is super dodgy.
 
Who would double check the conditions if they had already seen a retailer advertising their participation a few days earlier.
 
I was also told by Amazon to get my code from EVGA so I went here to try claim it.
 
It clearly says on the EVGA promotion page that I get a GOW4 game with the model I purchased. au.evga.com/articles/01055/gears-of-war-4-bundle/
 
EVGA support claimed that it was only for hardware purhcased from their website...it doesnt say that on the promotion page. Clearly says buy the card and get the game.
 
Its just been such a disappointing experience...you would think between Amazon, Nvidia and EVGA someone would just give you a game code.
