Ouch, didn't realize that. I switched to 10 last year, so I didn't even think about it.

I Logged on my Windows 10 Anniversary Update computer and the game is listed in my Store.
So you can do the process on Windows 7 but you will not see the 2nd logon for the Store, or at least that is what I am thinking.

I bought a 1080 from Amazon on 9/28 and have not received the code. They told me to contact EVGA lol. Isn't that for buying from EVGA Online Store only?

Check your emails closely. If you bought from Amazon (Direct, not third party) then you need to get the code from Amazon. If it came from. A third party, then it may cause issues.

Could you post your receipt/invoice AFTER blacking out your information, just to show who sold and shipped the card?

I know Amazon no longer has the promotion, but when I placed my order it was still there.

Well Amazon did not have it on the 24 25 26 27 or the 28 when I looked over on B&H Photo on the 28th  and I ordered from them.
Not for the but for the card because Amazon and EVGA were out of stock.
It is between You, Amazon and NVIDIA. That is all I am saying.
 
Amazon only on the Xbox One has a special Bundle for this game.

Well I guess I'm screwed. Those Amazon idiots replied my email and said the same thing: contact EVGA. Next step is probably contact NVIDIA, but I have low expectations.

Return it to Amazon and go else where for a card with a Free Game Code.
