Bought my card(980) weeks ago.. got a warranty.. no games.. even though lower spec cards came with borderlands. I complained about that then and now this.. leaves a bad taste

Not been the best experience.

Evga is not the company to use when being an early adopter of high end cards

Well I contacted scan, who I bought my 970 from, and they said they've been told to only give the offer to those who buy on or after the 4th, however, they don't think this is fair so they're offering codes to everyone who bought one at their own expense! To say I'm pleased with the scan customer service is a massive understatement, can't recommend them enough.

I will validate that claim - support ticket sent.

Edit:
"I can confirm that we not offering them to everyone who ordered. It is within a certain period of time. It is still still NVIDIA's promotion at the end of the day and under certain circumstances we are able to offer them at our expense. Unfortunately we are unable to provide this promo to your order due to the how long ago the order was for.

My apologies if this causes any inconvenience.

John

I have spent 1200€ (1 494.45 U.S. dollars) for two EVGA GTX980 SC.
All this cards are flawed since they are not able to correctly send a video signal to a monitor using a Display Port.
Video cards that are not able to send a video signal to a monitor.

I bought this two cards on october, EVGA don't want to send me any code to get a game.
This is my last EVGA product.

I bought mine on amazon just 2 days ago and I was wondering, do you get the code in the box, from EVGA, or from the retailer? I haven't heard a single word from Amazon about the code and I am really wanting to play AC unity.....

I have buyed my 2 x EVGA 970 from CCL Computers UK , when i put in the basket the cards automatically was show me 2 x bundle pick your path cupons with the cards.
But guess what .... nothing in the boxes , started to chase CCL Computers and first the operator says :
" you will receive photos of your cupons via email"
Second day :
" check please your emails  spam and stuff because we sent you the cupons pictures"
I have my own home email server , checked in email logs and everything and no emails received so going back to live chat with the CCL operator:
"you know i am not handling this , my colleague which is out of the office is dealing with this , please try again tomorrow"

To be honest i started to think that here is Nvidia's fault , they are advertising all the 9xx series with pick your path bundle .
I will try tomorrow again  , i don't want to give up because it was quite specific that these cards are sold with nvidia pick your path bundle and i want my nvidia bundle no matter who offer it  Nvidia/Evga or CCL Computer.
