I have had this same issue with the current version of Precision X, Media Player Home classic crashes with Precision X. Placing an exception into the Server never made a difference. What I did was remove the 64bit version of Media Player Classic, installed the 32bit version, added an exception into Precision Server and it worked. Could be an issue with the 64bit version not working with Precision.
The other issue I am encountering and it seems pretty common in the geforce forums is false reporting under Windows 10 vram usage with Precision X and Afterburner as well. Just wondering if this is being looked at. I get crazy amounts of Vram usage being reported in Precision X. Battlefield Hardline says I am using 13gb of Vram and other games report very odd usage.
