yes.  NVidia bound software will never see your AMD Card.  You must use AMD bound software :  https://www.sapphireselectclub.com/ssc/trixx/  With that, welcome to EVGA forums, where everything Intel and Nvidia bound.  We have a lot of red team enthusiasts as well.

I just donwloaded version 5.3.3. Used to use EVGA PrecisionX about two years ago.
 
On the new version, framerate target is not working for me:
 
When I tick the option and change the FPS value, the Apply Button remains GREYED OUT. Hitting the OK button doesn't do anything, and quitting and restarting the application doesn't make the games follow the target frame rate either.
 
Every other option (voltages, clock speeds, fan, etc.) make the apply button usable, and the graphics card follows the new settings. Why is framerate target not working?
 
How do I activate this feature?

I can't seem to get the fan curve function to work.  After I edit the points on the graph, I hit enter and nothing happened.  I tried closing the window, but it doesn't seem like the settings took.  Now when I try to click fan curve to open the window again the application flashes but nothing else happens.

It seems this software is pretty buggy.  I have it set to 190Mhz Core Clock boost and 1000Mhz memory clock boost, yet when I run Witcher 3 the core clock is only going up to 540Mhz and the memory clock 3005Mhz.  Hit the Default button to reset it to factory defaults and the core is still only getting up to 540Mhz resulting in a huge performance loss.  Going to try rebooting and see if it fixes things.

Having issues running PrecisionX 16 v5.3.5 on windows 7 64-bit with an evga 650 ti. Upon opening PrecisionX, it would say missing msvcr120.dll. I added the msvcr120.dll to the appropriate system folders and now i get a PrecisionXServer.exe "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application." error message. I never had this problem with v5.3.1 and I hope this is being fixed.

4.2.1 was created by unwinder the author of msi afterburner. Use the latest version of msi afterburner if you want a better app than precision 4.2.1.

Why do I see raised boost clocks (~1200mHz) on my stock 980Ti purely by opening the app at its default settings i.e 100% power target? That was unexpected.
 
EDIT: Just uninstalled Precision, and checked with GPU-Z and my card is still peaking at 1200MHz?? The default Boost clock is 1076MHz.

I just downloaded 5.3.5 and I have some major new issues. All of which go away the moment precision is closed.
 
1) Hearthstone closes to desktop every couple minutes. No crash, no error, just simply disappears on menus or mid game.
2) Cursor disappears while playing Diablo III. Can't play if I can't see where my mouse is pointing.
3) FPS in GTA V is still wrong. Only shows 1 or 2 fps.
