I will downgrade again to version 5.2.0 after i tried the update. :\
Somehow when I install version 5.2.2 all my fonts go italic in google chrome and also it affects some windows applications. 

This has to be fixed in the next version then i will try it again

and btw my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Also having the italic issue in chrome. Last version of X16 I tried made everything double bold instead.

EDIT: Just uninstalled it, everything is still italic. GREAT.

 
First try in chrome the url chrome://flags and look if turning off directwrite changes the fonts. (worked for me when i had bold fonts in chrome  )
if that doesnt work try to restore your windows installation with a checkpoint, you are certain of it that the fonts were normal at that moment. :)

Havning the EXACT same problem. I can't restore due to some HDD/SSD issues. EVGA doesn't respond on email.
I turned direct wire off in chrome and unistalled EVGA PX. Now the text is italic in Chrome. This fix (link removed, I'll find it later) fixed the italic but changed the font type in chrome. Sigh...
How do I get my system back?

The current version (5.2.0) doesn't work well with Guild Wars 2.
If enabled before launching GW2, either the launcher will crash or if in-game, the cursor will get a black background and soon after the game crashes.
It's even easier to reproduce, if GW2 is already open. Then if you start PrecisionX, GW2 will crash in a PrecisionX ServerHooks function.
 
The old 4.* versions worked quite well.

I've also had bad experiences while playing GW2.  There's another problem with PrecisionX 16 that happens regardless of which game you play:  the completely random screenshots that happen and are put in "C:\Users\Public\Pictures\Screenshots" with no apparent way to turn off this feature... which was a problem that existed in PrecisionX 15!  I uninstalled these versions of PrecisionX with the same urgency as dealing with a crash prone driver!

Having trouble taking screenshots. I have everything set up to the folder I want and the hot is set. Yet it will not take one. Any ideas?

can not enable fps counter on the new version of 16 (5.3.2 i think).  it worked on the earlier 5.2 but it does not give me the option to click on it for OSD.  any advice?

Where is the Advanced properties Menu - User interface tab?
