Thank you kindly. This is the same version Ive been using for my gtx 780 since sometime last summer. Works like a charm for 700 series cards.

The OSD is killing my score in AM3 bench. I know it's an old bench but it's the quickest for me as I know it by heart. So When I run default it is about 191K, when i load Precision X 16 and do nothing, it drops to 172K. If I set it to 115% it only goes to 1643K, WTH??

Thanks for the upload I REALLY appreciate it! Just a word of advice though, you should avoid 4shared in the future. Fake download buttons, wait times, forcing me to register via social networks or an account to download, etc. Such a PITA. Mediafire, Mega, Dropbox, Box are all better alternatives.
 

No problem man. 4shared is like one of the only upload host service I'm registered to so I didn't want to have to set up another account with another service just to provide you the link.

The new Precision X is NOT liking ANY of my Steam games.  They either will not load (crash even before splash screens and developer animations/sounds) and become unresponsive, or during game will have my CPU totally maxed out with in-game stuttering, lag and choppiness.  I don't like the new "watermark" in game, as well.  It seems there's an incompatibility with this software, and the Steam overlay and/or software.

Just ran COD Ghosts on Steam for 6 minutes at 115% target and it crashed. This is with a reduced OC at 4.65. I've ran the game all the way thru at 4.75 Gig with no issues without Precision X.  I don't think this software is ready for prime time.

Ok maybe I’m missing something but in the old precision x I could set the frame rate to match my monitor (144). But I can’t find the button or whatever to set this feature. Is it a bug?

Awful. Awful. Awful. How can you not test your software on games like GW2, D3, etc. I have no cursor on any of my games.... back to the previous version I guess. Maybe AB....

Ya how the hell do you have a stable program for years and then all of a sudden you try to reinvent the wheel?  I have this stupid EVGA Precision X SERVER???????? Keep popping up and asking to add?  **** is this ****.  I log into a game and at the top left I have EVGA PRECISION X 16 V ****?  Why the hell would anyone want this listed in any game they play.  Please tell me who designed this so I can write them a nasty email.  Obviously that person has never played a game in their life.  Who would want some obscure text at the top of their screen that has nothing to do with the game they play.  It sits right on top of any pertinent information in the game???????? What the hell is going on with EVGA?  I also have my mouse cursor disappear in games I play like Diablo 3.  Why would your program which is supposed to monitor and control my video card make my mouse cursor disappear?  This makes absolute 0 sense.  You are messing with something that has nothing to do with what you are publicly acknowledging.  I have turned uninstalled this program because it is absolute dog **** now.  Usually I don't go to complain about stuff like this, but wow this really was stupid.  I might stop buying all EVGA products now because of how horrible you mismanaged this program.

This is terrible software. What the hell is this server thing and why can I not turn it off or get rid of the damned system icon? Why are fonts being used from the application directory instead of using system fonts? The damned font doesn't display properly in the system tray, so trying to keep track of GPU temp is impossible. Why move the options to that silly little display in the middle? It is unintuitive an cumbersome to use. Un-installing and going back to the old version. Seriously, EVGA, ****?

The OSD didn't work for me at all... in any game, DX 9, 10, or 11, on-screen or on the logitech display.  I'm glad there's some kind of progress on the Logitech display feature front, but the font is locked at what appears to be 16pt font so on the entire display all that shows is a single line of info in great big letters.  And the k-boost/ov pop-up panel was still kinda sketchy, but that could be b/c my "SC" cards can't use those (if only I'd waited another month to drop $900 on them I coulda had a pair of full featured dual bios Classifieds for less.... but I digress.)
 
And so back to v4.21 I go.  On the bright side, v4.21 continues to work like a charm.  With all due respect, get it together, evga.  Graphics is kinda your whole schtick, if you can't get the software & hardware to play nice together that's not very encouraging for the rest of us and kinda makes one wonder just what the heck is going on over there. :\
