I just picked up a pair of them.  Not sure which ones they were, I just grabbed a set from Microcenter.

I know your busy nateman. Just wondering if you had made any progress. Really excited to get my machine all done and under water.

Sadly... no.  I have most of the leg-work done, I am just waiting for my machine to finish the current batches of ASX-11 blocks.  I wish I had time to even work on my second machine, so I could have 2 of them running.

It sounds to me it would be more effecient to stop operations until machine 2 is up. The time loss would be recovered by increasing your production by 100 percent and also allowing you to r&d while production is normal. Just my .2 cents, you would know best.

I can't say it is possible, but it would be incredible if EVGA were able to turn over the CAD files prior to release (hopeful wishing) so that Nate could make some initial sketches before the boards arrive.  I plan, depending on how some things go over the holidays, to order AutoCad 2014/2015 and start working on mechanical drafts, and I would love to be able to play with these as well. Imagine being able to draft out the fittings, the Cards, the motherboard with CPU, and everything, without needing to lay hands on a board for measurements. Oh the joy it would be..

I will say, I do really like Nate's blocks and can't wait for these to make it on to our boards.  All in due time.

Looking good Nate.  I might be interested should I upgrade my current system to an X99 FTW board, since I'm seriously considering also putting together a proper water cooling loop.

Thanks, I'll be keeping an eye on your work.

God no?!  I would be down for a LONG time. I am still researching parts.  On the bright side I just tore out the last little bits of my original machine, so I can at least make SOME progress with the rest of the R&D.  Think of just cleaning a canvas and now I am ready to paint.

I am working on my last batch of ASX11 blocks.  Then I have  to work on the Stinger block (have customers w/deposits lined up for that - none for these series yet).  Then comes this.  Busier then a 1 legged man in a... well... you know.

Nice work Nate. Exceptional as always.
I wanted to suggest or should I say make an observation on the small block that sits aside of the PCI-EX slots.  Is there a way you can make the inlets of the block 90 degrees clockwise (3 O'clock) angle instead facing up?  that way you will give a bit of a room for those with Hydrocoppers GPUs?
PCI EX extenders can do the magic also, but there is always a way how to make things fit in a board.

I am hoping these blocks make it out soon, as I am just waiting on my Motherboard and new Case.  I am really hoping to have everything to start building soon, :-)

Either way, I will be holding until these blocks are complete, because I am not entertained by the idea of tearing everything apart to install them, lol.
