Sadly I just posted about that in another forum.  I tried the Toll Free number at least 5 times today and after 5 rings I get a busy signal.  The other number they have for the folks in the states, is out of service.  
 
I also have a order in and hasn't left them yet even though I paid for priority shipping.  (2-3 days)  I already got a hold on my CC company but they aren't much of a help anyways.  All I wanted to do was replace a bad fitting for the loop and now I have to play the waiting game, AGAIN.  Not like waiting since sept./oct. wasn't enough.

Sorry for hijacking the thread with this Nateman, also going off on a few other tangents, for Sam absolute worst case is you can dispute the charges with the credit card company since the service was not delivered by FCPU, if you got same day shipping they have already violated their terms and conditions since they guarantee it will be shipped by 6pm, other then that you are getting into legal territory. Hopefully we will hear something from their side before the weekend about this but so far I haven't seen anything other then the link to the HardOCP quote that they are running a skeleton crew right now.
