They Look Great as usual Nate, But Unfortunately with the inlet and outlet being between the first an second PCIe slot, I would not be able to use a Hydro Copper or Stock Air Cooling Graphics Card, Only the Thin aftermarket FC water blocks would work, Which BTW I am in the process of selling my four K|ngp|n/EK WB's and moving on to trying other different Graphics Options with my X99 System.
 
I may even go to a different X99 MB, So I will have to postpone obtaining this to wait and see what I end up with.

Selling the KPE's?  Kinda surprised, those cards are beastly.
 
Why sell the X99 board, it is a very solid competitor?

I'm Selling the KPE's and just going to try some other components in which I probably won't involve 4-Way SLI for awhile, But Don't Quote Me on That! LOL!
 
I'll still be testing with the EVGA X99 Classified and hoping there will be another BIOS update soon for helping with 2800+ Memory and "Experimenting" as I always have in the past.

nateman I just looked at page 1. it seems like you have got designs for the classy/ftw/micro already. EVGA should jist give you a job already or something.

I agree they look great. I also agree evga need to book u up with some cards so u can better test what fits and what doesn't. I would also love to see evga sell these as an aftermarket kit for their x99 (z97 wishfull thinking). So my question is when is evga going to start helping u out here. I'm sure there is a demand for such a product.

I don't see why EVGA can't just send him a dud card that can just be used for fitting purposes?  The blocks however look AWESOME, I wish I had the $$$ to upgrade to the x99, if I did I would have volunteered my GTX 780s .

Zophar, That might not be necessary. I am still gathering my thoughts on how to best approach this.
 
BUT.. the good news, is I just secured a HUGE slab of aluminum to make fixture plates for ALL 4 new projects I am working on (Z97 Stinger, & these 3 blocks)  I will walk you guys through the ridiculous process of a fixture plate. when my machine free's up.

EVGA has never done wrong by me.  Both as a user of their products, and in the block fabrication.  I can't speak highly enough about them (except they wake up long after I do... damn Pacific time).  As for a job?  neh, Im an east coast kinda guy.  I already have 2 jobs... 3 if you count this.  I just do it for fun, with what little spare time I have.
 
Oh yea... and I changed the Classy block Vreg to look more like the other Vreg.  I thought it looked more symmetrical and gave 6 screws keeping it together, rather then 5.

nateman: I measured my compreasion fittings. .625 is the diameter of the tubing. the diameter of the compression fitting is close to 24mm or .94in. if you want I can route some of my new compressions to your address and you can keep 2. It was cheaper to buy a pack of 6 than 4 seperate ones...plus I needed a new tool that comes with the 6.

Still shouldn't be a problem.  But I will know more when I actually start making them, and people with backplates start yelling at me :(
