I would try and HWInfo64 Sensor Section.
Maybe is Motherboard and chipset temperature?
You can ask than and on HWInfo Forum for different reading.

What say AIDA64 for motheroard?
How much?

Here is a screen shot of the no load temps for my setup.
Ok that did not come out right let see if I can get it right

Yeah, I believe it is.  My idle temp is 26C with previously mentioned stats, and at full load it goes up to 28C during stability tests.  The stock sink makes the vrm seem to run hot, but it actually runs very cool compared to older boards.  A active fan on it made it feel cold in the open.  My old x58 board's vrm would run around 50C on water in comparison.

Edit:  Nope, that is likely the chipset temperature.  My bios is reading 29C at idle, 26C at initial startup only.  HWinfo64 shows the same 29C at idle in the OS, and 36C max during a pass of x264.

I'm thinking Auxiliary under Fintek section is the VRM.  The chipset shouldn't ever really get hot I don't think since it's not dealing with anything more heavy duty than USB and IO stuff.

With my desktop idling it was 43C and with a P95 run for a few minutes and 500W of power draw, went to 53C peak.  That sounds about right.  I used an IR gun and read 60C a while ago on the VRM heatsink.  Like my sig says my case has no fans in it.

Here are the completed parts for the FTW Chipset:

Now I have flipped the fixture plate over and am attempting to surface that to make the Vregs which will also fit the Micro, and the micro chipset blocks.  Going to be a long night for me, but I will take pictures along the way.  Already ran into a few snags, but nothing unmanageable.

The flipped over fixture plate:

Sporting nothing but the bevel around the edge...

First pass, just to show the difference:

Completed plate, ready to start outlining the Micro Blocks:

I will also have a small surprise for you guys shortly...

Got the camera right in the action for this.  Remember its not the bit thats moving, its the camera that is moving.  I don't know how my phone survived getting pelted by aluminum shards... but all in the name of machining videos!

So now its almost 3 am.  Cant really focus anymore, so im calling it quits before I loose a finger or something.

I guess no one thought the video was as cool as I did

Oh well.  First copper pics of the Micro chipset due out today.

I actually enjoy the video, but it took me a few seconds to figure out the whole "The Camera is moving" part...
