How easy is it to remove the stock heatsinks? I imagine you have to remove both together thanks to that heatpipe.

I would think it to be easy, just unscrew everything and gently pry/twist until everything let's go.

And, may as well go ahead and mark me down for the "will own a Nateman x99 Classy block even if I never get the board" list.

generally you just remove the screws from the underside with a screwdriver.

nateman do you plan on serializing them? such 0001, 0002 and such or no? I thought it would be kinda cool idea, but I understand there is some drama and difficulty to perform that.

I can probably take care of the micro as well. I only have 1 machine, so I have to work in batches (or finish building my 2nd CNC)

I don't normally serialize them, but I have thought about it on occasion
