Well i'm not too sure what is good, but I've usually set the offset between 15 -25 on average. I have increased it as high as 090 but don't recall how that went. 50-60 worked b4.

If my oc shows less than it should it may just need a few mv more or less at times. It's been trial and error for me, and the fellow who mentioned leaving the multiplier at 127.34 hasn't gotten me high enough yet, though I am going to try increasing the offset then decreasing it to try it. Reading a lot on this and these people have helped me get it a bit higher already, let alone start to understand the bios.
A bit lower voltage, 1.369 gives me 4.662, offset 15, if I remember correctly. This is where I'm not certain where or what to adjust, everything else is auto except V Droop, disabled.

core 1.25  offset 119  15 for the other offset. I haven't tried the ring voltage, and haven't even looked at cache either. Looking at trying the higher offset, but reading a bit 1st.

can you post your UEFI that would make it easier for me. I hit a bump at 4.53ghz

Well I sent my board in for a step up to the Classified so that's not possible, sorry.
Been busy, had I noticed this I would've done so.

I can hardly wait to try that board. I think my slot 1 was stuck at x8 in sli.
 Still got some decent results.

Got a pr of 670 ftws on water that really rock as well as a 980 and 970. Couldn't post a link though.

I running 4.2 with stock settings. Is that good? CPU is 5820.

Yeah, I don't know about that processor but those settings sound fine. If you have CPU Z, run it and check the voltage being drawn. I've found some of those voltages are a rough starting point for some overclocking.
I've been able to get 1.261volts for 4.5 ghz. Most of the results will vary somewhat. Cooling is what allows me to get the voltages down, watercooled.

I haven't put my waterblock on the new kingpin yet, back just won't co operate today, but I managed to hook up the 670s to this board and so far got some amazing results, as high as 7076 on the memory and 1176 on the core with the high temp of 26 C under load. 1174/7076 in sli no less. Best pr for ASIC I've had, though my kpe ti's were 77 and 79 %. Absolutely awesome cards btw !!!

Okay, while I have been able to get 4.8 Ghz on my classy, it takes way too much voltage imho.

Can someone give me an idea on lowering this a bit. Only adjusting the vcore uncore and vsa.

I can now run 4.5 @ 1.26 v and 4.6 @ 1.3.  4.7 takes 1.375, and 4.8 needs 1.433 v.

Can't post a link. I just noticed that the 4th ram stick ins't showing up in that result. Hmmmm

At 100% CPU Load or at idle?

How about X7608 for 3DMark 11 extreme? That's only @ 4.442 I believe. Liquid cooling, distilled water, lots of high cfm fans, 107cfm/fan, 4 fans/rad 2 480 rads. Oh and a big custom reservoir.

 that's the 670s btw...
