I got the CM-EV2-FKIT-KW-R kit from cable mod the other day, they were in stock. I was going to wait until EVGA had theirs in stock and was on the auto notify but my pc was all tore down waiting on new motherboard so it was the right time to swap out. Got the set from Performance PC.

This Topic should be Edit and add compatibility with T2 models same as GS PS Individual Sleeve Cables.
I can bet 50% of owners don't know for available Sleeve Set for them for 850 GS - 1050 GS - 1000 PS in Black, Red and White Color.
Even for 550 GS and 650 GS.
 
 

Im having a really tough time find a set for my 1000w PS. Cablemod isnt compatible. And the ones evga offer and either black out white.    Help?

EVGA white set look very nice, maybe best of all colors, but I like black and they are standard and always will fit with any configuration.
I didn't want other colors and because black was not available in that moment in Europe I wait and bought few weeks later.
 
Are you satisfied with your 1000 PS?
I recommend to everyone who want smaller PC case and mATX motherboard to buy 1000 PS.
Somehow I would feel bad now with lower PSU than 1000W even with single card.

Can you tell us exactly model. If you have 1000 GS or 1000 G2 than Yes, if you have 1000 G1 than No.
 
 
 
I think EVGA should think to offer one set of short sleeve cables for small PC or set of short ribbon cables compatible with G2/P2/T2 models.
Or maybe even to build one 700/750W PSU in SFX format with ribbon cables or very short ATX format.
At the moment only Silverstone produce such PSU and it's 90% choice of people who build small RIGs where they need short ATX or SFX PSU.
They only offer small, short but powerfull efficient PSU models, 650/750W Platinum with 100% ribbon cables and option to people buy short ribbon set.
At the moment they have no competitor and platform OEM, Brand of some capacitors on their best PSU is not what most enthusiasts like to see but they have no other choice sometimes.

Its cool, I have been through EVGA support with this query, basically they only have the G1 model aka 1000G supanova braided cables in red and black.
 
Plus I live in the UK and the European website isn't stocked as well as it is in the US, Also, interestingly, I was told I couldn't import from the US through the Euro site, which I found quite strange.
 
Anyhow, you're quite correct, they don't do sleeved cables for my model only the GS G2 etc.
 
I guess I'll have to just do it cable by cable and avoid those bespoke connections like the mobo power connector, its not that ugly, and I'm not a pro PC builder so it wont piss me off too much, I just want a tidy rig really, but the consumer market is a bit of mine field it seems.
 
I guess my first port of call will be to find a braided VGA cable for my GPU as its the most visible, its an 8 pin to x2 6 pin and tips/pointers would be gratefully received.

I think Bitfenix make some nice extensions for 8pin CPU, 24pin, 8pin PCI-E and 6pin PCI-E.
You should check on their site. 

Will these work with the 650 g1? I just got it and was hoping to get some blue cables.
