I just received my step up card and was extremely excited at the turn around time however upon opening the package I found that one of the rear ACX cooler fins had come detached from the card and was loose in the package!
 
Attempting to initiate an RMA and a bit miffed that I am going to be out a graphics card for another few days while I wait for a replacement.

any word on 780 Ti 6GB?

Anyone know about water-block compatibility with these new 6GB cards? Are the compatible with current reference design 780 water-blocks?

Can someone give me a rough idea of how long it takes EVGA to ship out your replacement cards when you Step-Up?  My pair of GTX780 3GB reference cards were received early yesterday by EVGA.  I am "stepping up" to a pair of ACX GTX780 6GB (stock voltage) cards.  It now says "Shipped Out: Pending" and has since early yesterday.  Just wondering the rough turn-around time on this phase.. couple days probably?

They received mine last Friday and shipped it out Monday evening. It was pending until for about 5 hours then it said shipped around 8:30 PM. Right now I'm waiting for the UPS guy to arrive. It's scheduled to arrive today sometime. It's about 4:30, and I'm going crazy. 

Ok thanks for the information.  Try to contain yourself while you wait for UPS, lol.

Me either.  Mine still says Pending even though they've had the cards a day and a half... very sad. 

I wonder when are they going to release these 6gb cards for retail? I want to SLI lol.
