Now that I think about it, what are the chances getting the same code on two different mobo? Have you swapped any other components to rule out the mobo? 

Must be something else!

It's unlikely you'd have that on two boards in a row.  Have you tried clearing the cmos?  Can you get into the bios at all?  If so, hit F5 to load defaults and see how that works.

Are you running BIOS or UEFI?
 
B2 typically is a video card error. Before you go blaming EVGA or your motherboard you might want to trouble shoot this further.

Have you updated the BIOs?

I tried clearing the CMOS and get an option of F1 Setup or F2 LOad Default and a B4 Post Code however, when I press a key that's it. It does nothing else and the Post Code changes to a B2. I tried my GPU on a 790i Ultra SLI Board and it worked perfectly. I can't even get to the BIOS so I'm not sure what the hell the problem is.
