Based on positions of the sun in my PC room I had to choose matte

I think my monitor will be coming in later today. I'll post pics of it head on, with a black picture, and in a very dark room to check for backlight bleed.

So far this monitor is looking pretty nice. I got it OCed to 120Hz right now with no problems. I tried 130Hz, but it started to artifact. I'm going to test between 120Hz and 130Hz later to see where it maxes out at.
 
Problem so far are 1 dead pixel and some black light bleeding, mainly in the bottom right.
 
I have the brightness all the way up but it still seems kind of dark for my liking. The monitor darkens even more when OCing, especially at 120Hz. I used these ICC profiles for both 96Hz and 120Hz and they fix the darkening problem when OCing pretty well.

If I were you I'd contact the seller. The advertisement states no dead pixels. However please read this first:

Did you try the software possibilities in my link? Sometimes that can shake loose the dead pixel.

I tried the eraser and that didn't work.
I also tried UDPixel, though I didn't run it for more than an hour yet.
 
I plan on running it for a long time on Wednesday when I'm in classes.

Yes run it for at least an hour, maybe longer.

I contacted the seller and they issued a 10% refund.

As long as you're happy as a consumer with that amount that's great!
