Where is this extra wire coming from the SLI connector on the card or off the card's PCB?

either the 2 way or 3 way will work in that board. 
Just be sure to have your GPU in the red slots.

I have an Asus Maximus 6 extreme. I should have a second Titan in a few weeks. Manual states slots 1 and 3 skipping an A2 slot. Which SLI bridge will work here? Thanks.

I was going to order the 2 way then I realized that it is just as much as the 3 way and the 4 way....poor marketing IMO

3way SLI bridge should work for you

I was very excited when I ordered mine and it did not take long until I received an e-mail saying there's a problem with the order. it appears that Evga does not send to forwarding addresses. I have products shipped in the past to forwarding address from Evga. and also my RMA was shipped to the same address two weeks ago.  Maybe a change in shipping policy ?!

Are there any plans to release these to retailers for us Canadians? I'd really like one, but I can't justify the cost to ship it direct to Canada.
