To be clear, It seems the 2 way only works for 2 cards right next to each other and the 3 way works for 3 cards right next to each other or 2 cards with 2 slots in-between.
Would be nice if they made a 2 way bridge that it double width and works for 2 cards with 1 slot in-between.

So if you have one/two pcie between them like i do so i can put both of them in pciex16 then you have to use the 3 way i guess but the lights wont lid up right? Also would love to get these in the eu shop.

Using Asus Rampage Iv btw slot 1 and 4.

Price seems a bit steep...but I guess there is a market for everything and people who will buy it.

If you have cards is slot 1 and 4 neither of these sli bridges will work for you.
Must be 1 and 3 for the 2-way.
Or 1 and 5 for the 3-way.
The LEDs work with any 700 series cards.

I'm surprised the current side-by-side 2-way bridge isn't double width just because. xD

But yes, Ideally there should be 4 bridges, 2way no spaing, 2way 1 slot spacing, 2way 2 slot spacing/3way, and 4way.
And ideally they'd all be double width for aesthetics sake.

Will the 2-way work if I have 1 slot between cards? On product page it says no slot spacing

I'd like to know this as well. If there is no bridge for this now are there plans for one later?

Is there a way to make them light up with older cards? Like a spot I could solder a wire to and hook it to a 5 or 12 volt line???

It's a red slot + a blackish one in between  so guess a 3 way should fit (sins it's the red 1 and 3):
