nateman_doo
woke up to this:

I should go home to the O-rings completed.  Then some Delrin cutting tonight is possible

What are those?

Those are chipset blocks for the x79 DARK, the copper part.
PM Nateman_doo for details, for both the chipset and the vreg blocks a deposit of $60 is needed.

Okay what will the total cost in the end be?  Over or under $150?

I think the total is $180.00 for both the vreg and the chipset blocks, I'd PM Nateman_doo still, as He has up to date info, I'll be buying the blocks eventually Myself.

Nate,
I will be posting pics soon but they are hard to see, But the blocks are working great. A little credit would be great :-) Your work is awesome, the flow rate is great. I the loop with the VRM and Chipset Block I have my three Video Cards and with the two 780 OC'd a bit higher then the Hydra's under load never above 29c and idel 22c, as for the VRM I can not trust the board and and i Have Flute broken out and as soon as I figure out where to touch :-/ I will be able to see how well the VRM is cooling. In the BIOS it states 34 to 38 but I can't trust that becuase you can not trust any of the voltages you see in that ****ty Bios. 2.09 and 2.10 both the same.

But To get back to you, a man of your word and an true craftsman! I am truly pleased with your work. I didn't get a big E on the block but that is cool you really cant see it anyway. Your Nozzle holes placement turned out perfect. I see how the card hold down got injured but you thought of everything.
Thank you again Joe

It's 29 pages; Nate is awesome; we all know that.

Can anyone tell me what they saw temp drop wise from no WB to WB?

I'm contemplating redoing my loop and adding this into it.

I forgot to get all my temps before I added mine in.
But after an hour of LinX maxed out, VRM got to 34 or 35c max, no higher.

As for the board block, if you are running SLI and maybe another card, so the mobo heatsink is covered it can bet pretty warm.  The heatsink works great with good air movement right on it, an air cooled system with solid air flow, but if yours is covered, like mine, cooling was soso.  Water block on it it never leaves the 30s.

When I get mine it will be the first time I tried water cooling anything other than CPU and GPU. Are there any good tutorials for getting the heat sinks off properly on this board or is it pretty simple?

Hi Guys,

I want to use two LOOPs, one for a 4 SLI VGA and one for all other WBS (CPU, RAM, Mobo etc.).
Do you think it will be better to have 3 RADs with the loop of the VGAs and 2 RADs with other WBS or the opposite?

(EVGA X79 Dark, 4x780ti KINGPIN, 5 Monsta 560)

PS.
Hi nateman_doo we are waiting to get good news from you!
As are our beloved WBs?
