People are going to think that EVGA is making them.  DEAD sexy.  Did you lap the surface?  Looks like it has a brushed/lapped texture.  The delrin looks almost like black anodized aluminum that has a brushed finish.

All the copper & delrin arrived, and it has been cut to size on the bandsaw.  pics probably later today.  Now I am taking my 2 princesses (and my beautiful Queen) to Medieval Times.
 

Sneaky that looks perfect, I honestly couldn't be happier. And thanks for giving me the better of the 2 and being open about it all. Really stand up thing to do.

I have the materials cut to size, but I haven't had the machine setup for the Darks yet.  Most likely I will have the Dark fixture plate bolted and indicated into the machine today.

Here is the blocks mounted. Doing some testing before mounting in the case and running the tubing but looks good so far.  Took 5 SLI links to get the right height and to link them all together.  I was about 2mm off height wise any way I cut it but I think it worked out well.
