OK, here is my mock up of the engraving, positioned taking into account the PCI-E slot locations to make the engraving most visible.

The proportions of this 'E' logo look different to the one on the original Heatsink, I can fix that, also
I may outline it just slightly so it looks a bit chunkier.
 
EDIT:
How about this? Matched the 'E' to the same angle as the original Heatsink and made it proportional & chunkier ;-)

I am not engraving. I don't have the epoxy to fill the engraving. I could do a copper inlay, but that would cost quite a bit.
