Lookin' good Nate, can't wait!
Also good point about the backplate, should be able to do it with a small screw driver, but it may be really tight on my Classys w/Backplates.

Nate, can you do me a favor and take a pic looking directly down at the face of the delrin top
so I can do a mock up of the engraving?

Thanks mate

I can e-mail you a pdf, or something that will print to scale.

No need for a scaled image, it is just for ideas atm, I will do
all the resizing when I have the blocks in hand.

Thanks Nate ;-)

Do you hand engrave it, or do you do it an a CNC type?

Installed an O-ring, and doing some preliminary design leak testing.

There are many holes in the copper, but only a few in the Delrin.  I am testing to see how many holes are necessary for the design.  If the design is strong enough on its own, I can just omit the holes going down the channel.  If there is a slight leak, then I can use those holes.  Most of this is done behind the scenes but since this block didn't get a prototype phase, I am doing all the testing with this first batch.

I will likely leave all the holes since its the bottom of the block, and I can always retain the option of putting additional screws in it, should someone really put some crazy pressure through the block, then I can beef up the structure with the additional screws.

I also don't use hose clamps.  I have always used a surgical rubber type hose when I watercool.  It was super stretchy and never needed hose clamps.  Once I see this block installed and how it works with some CPU blocks, then we can probably expand it to fit more connectors.

I emailed you the pdf.  I can make it a dxf for you or some other format if you like?  engraving Delrin is cake.

The surface finishing of the Delrin tops.
Keep in mind, the face mill only moves up and down, The video source is moving.

That's great, thanks Nate. I don't really need vector line art of the actual
blocks, all I need is the measurements and once I have the blocks, I can
work out the text/logo positioning in relation to X,0 - Y,0.
Images for the moment are just for visual layout of the text/logo
for Acesi7 and I to see what would look best.

Hopefully this will be enough to get you started.  Let me know if you need any more dimensions.

Pics of the finish.  Thanks again for the face mill! <you know who know who you are!
For those wondering what it is, its a Glacern Machine Tools FM45 Face mill.
