Oops, just saw your previous post.  These might provide enough info.  :)

I e-mailed you that very pdf.  Give it a try and see what it looks like with your fittings.

Still haven't heard back from 1 person, so a Vreg is still up for grabs.

Got it, thanks Nate, I'll check it out tonight when I get home!

Looking good Nateman!

Do you do all the tapping by hand?

every...single... hole

It scares me to death, cause if I strip a hole (or worst-break the tap off in the material) its hit or miss if I am able to repair the damage, or start over from scratch.

I've hand tapped quite a few holes on my various cases through the years, I couldn't imagine doing a block that thick or that many times.

My wrist is tingling just thinking about it...

And if it broke off in the middle of a tap...

Is this aluminium?

No, that is just the machine jig used to mount the copper plate
for milling. :-)

yes, its aluminum.  yes, the fixture plate where the raw material will get bolted too and finished.  more holes to tap still, and the 1/2-13 holes that will hold it down to the machine.

Still have 1 vreg block up for grabs.

Nate, are you saying the chipset block Aluminium and Delrin?
No way I want any Aluminium in my loop. If it is going to be aly instead of
copper, please cancel my order for this block.
I hope you were just agreeing with me about the machine plate.
