on shipping address im ordering any orders and then shipping to Russia.
if price will be low for shipping to Foxboro, i choose it, if similar-im choose shipping to Russia.

either way... if your sitting in Russia right now, it has to get to you.

AWESOME!!!  there should be NO interference then.  
BTW, do you have calipers?  or a semi-accurate way to measure how much the CPU block sticks out from the CPU socket?  By out, I mean the distance past the CPU socket towards PCI-E 1?  Looks like a few millimeters at best.
