I have heard the call to arms.  I have a CAD file already designed, and I am SO close to making a prototype.  However I am not "at  the office" until another 10-12 days.  I will bang out a prototype as quickly as I can.  One thing I need from anyone who has the dark yet, and calipers, is a measurement or 2 of some chip heights. 

I am close to having my new CNC 100% operational which could make a FEW of these at a time.  I will have my hands full of some other projects as well.  Feel free to post if your interested, or any questions.  My computer access is quite limited, but I will be on and off.

Performance level is something very hard to quantify I would have thought. What are you after? Before and After VRM Temps?
 
And if you read through the thread, you would be able to answer your second question as quite a few of us have already put down a deposit for the first batch, with some more people awaiting a second.

The before and after temp is what I was looking for yes. I suppose it would have been good to mention that I was a bit distracted when typing out comment As for reading the posted forum just because I didn't see it and asked a question that's repeat I've does mean I need a snarky answer I apologies for not catching it I will go back and re read thank you for your information.

He's serving his country so the rest of us in the states can go drifting in the rain on a disgustingly dreary Friday afternoon.  Give him time, he's still around just can't give as many updates as he would like to.

As it has now been 5 weeks since you last mentioned this.
 
Any updates? I have no dramas waiting, just would like to know what's going on. Don't like being left in the dark (no pun intended ) for so long.

It has been over 2 months since you stated it would be 'weeks' Nate, I understand life gets in the way for all of us
but logging into a forum and giving an update only takes 5 minutes or so.
When you finally read this could you please organize refunding my initial deposit.
Had I have known it would take this long, I never would have ordered the block in the first place.
 
Whatever is getting in the way of your progress, I hope it is not too serious.
