Been looking at the posted pictures of the SB block a lot lately. It does look like it's going to be super tight. 
 
Will we be able to fit 1/2" x 3/4" compression fittings in there? I am curious about clearance between the two inlets on the block itself, and also about clearance between the inlets and the top PCIE slot. I will be using 780 Classy HC's with the backplates so am concerned about fitment.

Even if 1/2" x 3/8" Compression fittings don't fit, you
could still use a 1/4 extension or angled fitting, then use your
1/2" x 3/8" compression fitting.

I'd be in for this also, after installing my 780 classified HC's most of the stock block isn't visible, so while I liked the look of it, it's hidden anyway, so something that will add a little more cooling to the system would probably be a good idea. :D
 
If it would help at all nateman_doo, I can send you any measurements you need (have calipers) of the area with a 780 HC + Backplate installed with an EK Supremacy CPU block installed.

I kid I kid...   I know the deal    I just wanted to give this thread a BUMP and ask if anyone has received a block yet (I am ordering mine soon).    Looking forward to getting mine and seeing some in action.

It's Saturday / Sunday...  I am new here (signed up when I bought my dark) but best I can tell NATE does this for the hobby of it rather than the money.   Plus I saw that Nate posted about FAMILY.    FAMILY FIRST - Respect.

Huh? There is no fan on the chipset for the dark... Do you mean the Asus RIVE?

Sorry I dropped off the grid.  I have a few more ASRock blocks to take care of and cut and then I can get to the batch of these.  At least the Govt Shutdown should get me some free time.
