I bought a few slabs of aluminum that I am going to use as fixture plates.  one for the SR2, one for the AS_rock Xtreme 11, and the other will be for these.  These 3 blocks I plan to make en-mass since I now have 18x18" of travel to work on.  I am going to get those plates ready and do some more machine tweaking, then I can start banging these out.

Its not easy man... took me 2 years to almost the day to actually get it working.  2 years of planning, experimenting, and dreaming :)

Excellent work nateman_doo, impressive stuff.

I would love to get my hands on one of these to complete my waterloop. Just curious if they are available for purchase right now?

Also, do you plan on making a block for the SB?

Thanks!  I am up in the air about the south bridge for the board.  i have a quick outline of a block, but without any CPU waterblocks for that board laying around, I don't know what to make it compatible with.  Is there a CPU block of choice you guys plan to use?  Post a picture of it if so. (if I go through with the block, you guys are loosing that mounting hole)

CPU block I am using is a Apogee HD.  SB block isn't overly necessary, a little airflow and it cools off quick, however, if you were to make one, I would buy it instantly!
Most others I know are running that, the current Heatkiller, some use EKs (a lot complain they are ugly), and lots of XSPC Raystorm's.

I will see what I can do about the Apogee HD picture.

What if it looked like a Duck?

From you, of course  :)

Im serious... it looks kinda like a duck, because the factory heatsink is cooling one random chip that shoots out.

Oh, on that note, I prefer plain square/rectangle type things.  I love my function and high end parts, but according to EVGATech_JaysonC I'm kinda bland.
So please no ducks lol.

X79 stuff would be awesome, but I would have no problem having my personal board showing your block with you having a little logo or something on it.  Kinda a sig for your blocks, just a thought, but the X79 would be awesome, really would like that.
