One of my 780 Classified does the same thing, raising fan speed makes it go away.  Watercooling them so not a big deal to me, but when i was using them, it was pretty irritating.

I wonder if you can actually RMA it when you have fan noise @ 36% and it goes away @ 41% tbh.

when you pay 50 EUR more for an advanced quiet cooler, i actually want it to be quiet...
So when EVGA has a remake of their ACX cooler, I want that RMA...

I notice the fan noise with my classify as well. It only happens when the fan gets to be around 45 or 46%, but the it only last for several seconds since games push the gpu so it goes quickly above the fan 45% fan curve or not require as much gpu power and remains at 40% fan speed. I do not consider the noise an issue.

I have the bad resonance problem as well on the 780 SC ACX  . And this is the 2nd card I got (first was RMA'd with this problem).

Will be buying a 3rd party cooler and never another EVGA product again. 650 euros and rubbish fans  Couldn't even sell this on to someone 2nd hand in good faith.
