Jacob - thanks and appreciate the continuous work on this - trying to get the bugs worked out.  I'll give it a go - but probably won't be for a couple more weeks (until the March Madness contest is over - don't want to shut down unnecessarily  ).

Yah I don't see any difference. Why did the option to disable and enable USB 3 come back? I would like XMP profiles or basically my RAM to run @ 1866 as specified (it did using A05).

I ran fptwin64.exe from Command Prompt (Admin). Flash was successful.

I went into the BIOS on restart, Restore Defaults and then set everything the same as R21.   For memory, I had to, first, set the Memory Frequency Limiter to 1867 and then switch on XMP Profile 1 for my RAM timing to show up correctly.

The BIOS flash blew away Windows Boot Manager, bootmgr.exe, information.
I had to fix my bootmgr again using the my Win8 install disk, repair mode, and command prompt.
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot

It booting back into Windows just fine after that.

Edit1:
EIST is still throwing Kernal-Processor-Power errors for every core on startup when the CPU is OCed.
Disabling EIST in BIOS will disable overclocking abilities.

Edit2:
I have been able to lower CPU VCore from 1.4v to 1.375v and keep 4.5GHz stable.

This BIOS update works for me. I flashed from A05 to R22, and now I can set VCore, Voltage for DIMM, and I am able to hit 4.6GHz  at 1.38VCore. Previously I was stuck at 4.3GHz with VCore at Auto (got up to 1.3 I think). I do have to set my DIMM timing manually as well because both XMP Profiles do not set the timings correctly, but I am fine with that. I left just about everything at stock. I am glad I waited and didn't sell the board.
i7-2600k, OC to 4.6GHz, 1.38 VCore, Idle Temp 30C, Load Temp 75C
G.Skils Ares, 4x4GB = 16GB @2133MHz, 11-11-11-31-2T, 1.6V
Seasonic X-1250
Intel 330 180GB SSD
EVGA Z68 FTW
Still trying to figure out how to configure Turbo Boost so it is not running @4.6GHz at all times.
Thank you EVGA! This is what I have come to expect from you.

edit:
load Setup Defaults, set again Multi to 43 with 1,2 vcore- now Windows starts without Problems but under load (lynx/prim) after 2 minutes the multi drop to x37. all cores active, set vcore to 1,25 - same Problem -> under load Multi drop from 43 to 37 .... whats wrong ???

edit2:
test with Multi 46 and 1,25vcore and this Settings:
vdroop-disable
internal pll-enable
c1e-disable
c3,c6,c7 -disable

.......... after few minutes under load ...... Multi drop again to 35 -.-
