this was started back in 2012.......old news now no need to worry,as most all cards now have newest bios and those shipped are well after any needed bios updates.

Time to move on? you mean a 760? i definitely go for a 760 but all those cool whine issues don't call my atention think i should stay with my 560 SC.

the small up-date needed are  well past a issue now and TBH for most it was not even needed just a want to have most current bios as they thought it was somehow make the card better or something silly.In fact it was only tweaks for compatibility and new memory used .The entire topic was blown out of proportion .Coil whine can and has occurred across all GPU's since @ least the 9800 series.Its really not such a big deal as people make it to be either

thanks for your info.However im still not convinced, i mean: Improved stability........so the thing was not stable....my current GTX 560 OC never got a firmware update. Maybe i should be better with a GTX 760 but still don't know.

I only wanted to mention that at the end i bought a GTX 670 FTW, i updated the firmware and the card is working good, the only issue is the metal part where you put the screws to the chais, it came all lifted almost vertical.
