Thank you very much, just tried these and for the first time since buying the card I've been able to overclock the core and run benchmarks without it crashing.
 
Back at stock core speeds it's looking very stable so far (running with the 314.22 drivers), but need more testing with games to be sure.

i downloaded and installed the current 4gb ftw bios .5C but when complete both of my cards list it as version .4B

Anyone who was running bios version 4b or prior one's for awhile...what if any difference's are you seeing now with 5c??

well, it does state .5C for both after turning my machine on today...

Somebody mentioned they could overclock now whereas before they couldn't, i haven't installed it myself and am wondering if i should bother or not. My core clocks go up plenty high already, but compared to others, my memclock oc'ability is maybe lagging a little. Still freakin wicked fast all the same, so i'm inclined not to bother because it ain't broke and all that.
