Would this software work with a GTX 590 or my GTX 480 Engineering Sample? As they have GeForce Led Logo's also xD

Hi, I have two GTX-690s in my system an only one of the cards' LEDs are controlled.  Is there a setting to fix this or is it a design limitation/.  Thank you.

I've used this software to create ground fx lighting on my case.   I soldered directly to the 12v lines for LED's and wired them to two 12v light strips and have control over the led's via the software.   It works wonderful.   I would like for you to add a option if its not too much to ask.    Strobe effect.  I'd like to cycle between 0 and 100% and enable the slider to control the strobe speed.   If this is possible it would look amazing.  Attached are pictures of the software working.   Strobe effect would just put it over the top for me.

I cant post the youtube video but its watch?v=9RZBR1BNvIo

Hi everyone, my EVGA gtx 690 logo will not light up at all :( . I bought the card used and i know this is a small issue but its bugging the poop out of me . I have latest version of the visualiser software from EVGA but still no luck. Any help would be great.
Things i have tried are visualy checking connections eg both plugs are both well seated behind the fan , different pcie slots , othe pcie power cables. I should also mention the the card performs perfectly with no other issues , i also have the latest video drivers installed along with geforce expience 1.8.1.0 with led enabled through this also
