EVGA Precision X 16 = version 5.x.x

Simple enough seeing as how we are currently on 5.3.9 'Precision X 16', 
but I'm a little confused as to the 'naming to version' scheme of previous versions.. 
 
 
 
Which if any of this next listed is correct?
 
EVGA Precision X 15 = version 4.x.x ???
EVGA Precision X 14 = version 4.x.x ???
EVGA Precision X 13 = version 3.x.x ???
 

Precision x16 was released as precision 5.1.0 after the initial bad rep of Precision X15. The versions continued from 5.1.0 to what you have now, which is 5.3.10.

Precision X15 was introduced in 2015 as Version 5.0.0 and 5.0.1 was quickly released and then both removed. Thisnwas removed because it was using previous software with a new skin basically, and the original author did not authorize them to use it, so they removed it at the users request and the owners demand.

Prior to that, it was Precision X, version 4.2.1 and prior. Unwinder, the author for Afterburner and previous versions of Precision X from 4.2.1 and previous designations.

There was no x14, x13, x12 and so on. It was just Precision X before x15.

Sorry, I didnt see this initially when you posted or I would have tried to provide a little bit of info that I knew of.

the only thing that don t work rite is the min where u change the color it the monitor data panel win I click the x at top rite an erior message comes up saying evga precision x 16 stopped working it the same for the one with the glass to

Any reason why you have to use a stupid password in the skin tool? This tool is just (loss of acceptable words) Did they add this to simply annoy people? Because that is pretty much all it does. I never once had to use a password changing skins with MSI afterburner. Going back to it! his is just completely unnecessary! Are people actually so dumb as to think they can copyright colors? Really? Is this the direction the human race is going?
