Can somebody do one that looks Windows 10 metro-y? make it look like the Metro for Steam skin.

Than you should use Afterburner, there you get a Metro skin and a Android skin. The problem will be: for the latest Precision X, maybe there will be not as fast some other skins, because lot of peoples went back to the older Precision X or changed to Afterburner and as the new Precision uses a other kind of skins, you can't use the old one (and i think(!) so, that there was no way to convert the old .usf to new .usx on easy way). The good thing: all skins from old Precision X can be used also with Afterburner.
So, you have to decide: using a brand new tool with still a few bugs, but also only a few skins or going back to the very good old Precision 4.2.1 and use the skins or changing to brand new Afterburner and using there skins from Precision AND Afterburner (and for Afterburner, Drerex made some real nice looking skins).
 
PS: There are also a lot of other tools, not only Precision and Afterburner ;-) Also Asus GPU Tweak isn't bad or Gigabyte OC Guru (that looks also a bit like Win 8 Metro style in blue) or tool from Palit/Gainward, etc. There is no rule, that you can use a Evga card only with Evga tool or a Asus card only with Asus tool, you can use that tool with the most benefit for you ;-)

One chance: http://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2247368. If the skin is made by Drerex, than you have good chances to get it again. On the page of Evga, there you not gonna have much chances to find the old skins, i think (like the old Precision X download is removed, maybe they also moved the skins). And because you can't use the old skins with the new Precision, maybe that's why it's also gone.
And that's why i made a backup file on a USB stick with all skins i ever downloaded, so i can use them as long i use the old Precision :-)

Hey guys, sorry I have been absent for a while.  It's been a wild ride the past few months.  Seems like I cannot keep my head above water these days.  Hehe!  I have a few more things I need to get taken care of and then I will be working on some new skins.  I have been able to work with the new precision and was able to produce a workable skin thanks to EVGA revising the software to make this work.  I should start producing new skins in the near future.  I have a way over due skin that I need to take care of first though.  Not at liberty to tell you about it yet but you will see it soon.  Thanks.

I just want a GTX 980 EVGA SC RED/Black with an Asus HERO Rog theme in carbon heavy carbon fiber coloring to match my 3m DI Noc panels on my R5 with there was a good tutorial pretty good with graphic design Photoshop, and premiere pro but i have not idea where to even start. by the way if you put the di not on the panels do them all at once on the pc cut them and never ever take them off again its freaking impossible to take them off and get them back on without fu#$ing it up again there goes $15 down the drain!!! at least i have more on hand amazon started selling iit in 2 feet wide sheets in as long as you want perfect for pc stuff like the r5 top its too narrow if yo u want to do a side panel but great for keyboards, mice, controllers and etc. $14.50 per foot! ouch
