I am working on my 20 year WCG badge, still have a ways to go.
Congrats on the PG bronze badge.

Summer is here and I am going to car shows and cruise ins, that is keeping me busy.
I was polishing the car and dropped the sponge under the car and seen the rear end (the pumkin) all wet.
So I ordered a nice aluminum 8.8 cover with fill and drain holes, plus the oil and friction additive. It'll give me something to do next weekend.
Supercharger is on (since last Fall) and she is running real good. Her name is Ashlie, after Ashlie Force, The top fuel drag racer.

Bill,
That is one sweet ride. Supercharger is going make that ride scream. Last weekend my best friend since I moved to Jax back in 2003 took me on a white knuckle ride in his brand new highly modded LOTUS EVORA. We were accelerating at a mind numbing speed - on the open road he opened it up to 140mph plus with room to spare.(it has serious camber and we took the on ramp at 80mph- 40 would flip my Murano) Edge of the envelope stuff. Another friend has the TESLA and yet another buddy of mine has a Maserati Grand Turismo. So I have fun riding with my buds.
Me - well in 1990 I bought a brand new 5.7 IROC camaro. I owned it for about 3 years and realized i was going to kill myself or someone else! I spun out of control a lot!! I was too immature and crazy then so I traded it in for a honda civic hatchback. My love for nice rides is still strong. And I can totally appreciate what you have as a project!!!
I will post pics to show you.
I have driven some really hot rods, my friend modded his 2005 audi with a turbo. It looked really plain jane but he sunk about 30k in to it -suspension, high performance brakes and an oversized turbo. He said Mustangs would pull up and challenge him. Much to their dismay they always ended up in his rear view getting smaller and smaller
My latest project - being on the coast is my boat. It is a 14 ft alumacraft with a 15hpYamaha. The wife and i are getting up early and laying down a nice wake buzzing around.
I realize I am way off topic on this thread but I really appreciate the reply. I will PMyou with some bada$$ pics.
Thanks man!
Much respect!
ps Careful the - the stangs are light on the back end!!(of courseI am preaching to the choir)

Thanks Robby, I have had a love for Mustangs close to 50 years. And Road Runners too. Grew up in the 70, was a great time for muscle cars, hot rods and......so many things.
She is a 93 SVT Cobra with a GT40x Ford racing crate motor and the Vortech blower with all the supporting mods, 3:73 gears........
Getting close to 475HP now I am thinking. I know a pulley change will get me to just over 500HP. 3200LB car. She scoots right along pretty good.

I am disapointed I did not get a 15 year badge for WCG, they go from 10 to 20 year with no 15.

That is a bummer. it seems that different projects have even amounts to reach the next goal and some are either arbitrary or wayyyy higher!

My roommate in college had a white 66 convertible stang and it was pristine. His dad was an AF Col and he helped him make that ride turn heads. my dad had a 5.0 convertible - it was red  can't tell you the year but it was not really sexy. He let me drive it whenever i asked. He just said be careful it is really powerful 90s era. Well that ride would really go fast but i would never hot dog his rides. He would kill me. He had a british leyland spitfire - yellow. What a cool car. He is still kickin at 79 and we used to buzz around with the top down in 30 degree weather.
BTW- He is 6ft6inches tall and fit in that thing. Google spitfire convertible, you will see what I am talking about!
